SHOW HISTORY and WHAT TO EXPECT
FROM OUR NEW SHOW FORMAT

Brass models are at times deemed an elusive facet of the model railroading hobby. Are these models art?  What are they worth?  Are they meant to be operated, or simply admired?  What are the differences between Japanese and Korean built models?  What is being produced today?  What is the future of Brass Model Trains?  What is the best way to protect my investment?  All these questions and much more will be answered in one of the few settings where you can actually see and touch these magnificent mechanical marvels!

If you are a seasoned collector, or just want to see what the excitement is all about, this is the show for you!

The 2016 Brass Expo will be in the luxury setting these models deserve.  With outstanding Importer support, that has not been seen in many years, we are confident this will be a landmark event.  In the past, most train shows (including brass train shows) have focused on the 'trains on tables' idea, basically what you can buy sometimes in a 'flea market' environment.  However, we are well aware that with so many online choices and a large selection of models available, this may no longer create enough of a motive to attend a show.  For this reason, the 2016 Brass Expo will focus more on the 'experience', learning about brass, and having a chance to see models in person that you likely have only heard about in the past.  We are including many rare hand-built models and some one-of-a-kind historical brass models in this awesome venue.

BRASS MUSEUM

The 2016 Brass Expo will feature 'The Brass Museum,' something that we feel will be worth the price of admission in and of itself!  Furthermore, you will have an opportunity to view and purchase, if you wish, from a broad spectrum of models that would be difficult to even find in any other setting.  Not only will there be a wide range of all scales of brass models, we will have on hand several Live Steam models, a MINT Gauge One Precision Scale Co. 'Golden Spike ' set, and even a Fine Art Models 'Titanic ' complete with special display case.  These are just a few of the many sumptuous items you can 'feast your eyes' on!

ANNOUNCEMENTS

In collaboration with the 2016 Brass Expo, many of the Importers and Builders will use this event to make special announcements of models and products that are set to be released in the very near future. Be the first to learn of new brass model announcements and other items related to the industry.

BRASS MODEL TRAINS JUST GOT BIGGER!

No matter if it is viewing models you've always wanted to see in person, finding an elusive acquisition that you have been searching for, this is it. Come and mingle with some of the Importers and fellow-minded collectors from all over the world in a luxury setting all while enjoying hors d'oeuvres and sipping on your favorite cocktail while being serenaded by a live classical pianist...you will undoubtedly agree this will be a watershed moment for brass model trains!

Be a part of the excitement!  Finalize your plans to attend today.
